Refer back to my June 13 post on the story of 3 trees!
YESSS found it from my old sermon; taught by Pastor Shirley for Pre-Easter Service (:
and so qiao~ i took this photo first before hearing the sermon. yayy..

here it is.. put it simply yeah..

There are this 3 trees, each has their own dreams.
Tree A: When it grows and cut down, it wanted to be a treasure box that contain the most
precious gold in the world!
Tree B: Wanted to be a Big ship that sails across the huge ocean, carrying all kings ans queens!
Tree C: Wanted to be the Tallest tree ever; that people will see it reaching up as high up to the
heavens!

But when they are cut down, each of their dreams were not fulfilled at all.

Now that..
Tree A: Became a box that's used to contain the food of pigs.
Tree B: Simply became a fishing boat.
Tree C: Was just left in the Storeroom.

However, they never know that one day..
Tree A: Was used to place the Greatest joy of the earth, that's for the birth of a baby Jesus.
Tree B: Though through the storm out in the sea, it carried the most Powerful man that could
calm the sea in His command, that's Jesus.
Tree C: Was carried by the Beautiful Saviour up to the highest hill; and Jesus was Nailed on it.

I think at the end of the day, the dreams of the 3 trees really are out of their wildest imagination! For us, are we availing ourselves to be used by God?
Or are we just too conscious in seeking after what we want and need.
Look, trust in God all your dreams.. and he will make it happen, even multiply it to become something that you cant ever imagine!

Ya know the thing i love most in life
get away from the busyness in life and get away with God
get away to the Secret Place.
It's amazing how much we struggle to do that sometimes,
to actually find those moments when we can get away to the presence of God.
We fill our lives with so much stuffs trying to chase after stuffs to make us happy,
and try to make us happy and fill us up from the inside;
really so ironic.
Because it's those moments when we get away with God
it's to the place where we can find happiness, we find peace, we find joy,
and we find strength.
our God is so cool.
so just get away with Him, just get those moments
and get away in His presence.

Today's First day of school! :D
same faces, some with new look and style. haha.
slowkia wore a bright yellow top that can even blend with Itas dustbin. :X HAHAHA
felt kinda bored looking on the lecture hall screens for more lessons. gah~

Anyways, First day of school will just be another day;
but today, seems like it was a special day.
A day when i got refreshed, strengthened, encouraged and inspired.
Really thanks to Nel (: haha, i prefer listening to her life stories! yeah!
and really thank you Papa in speaking to our lives! yess sheep! (:

Back to my convictions again.
GC GC GC GC!! really have to be completed in our lifetime yoo..

I pray that today's meet will not just be another norm where i got strengthened and then back to the same old cycle. Really wanna step out and do it. Let's grow people! (;

June 18, Wed
went out with man, wen, shah and mel. pretty sad chin n ling are not around cuz everytime mianBao gals went out together, not everyone is there! heee..

yeah went to suntec first, and guess what! i met Edwin and his gang. haha chai chee sec junior! and it was his birthday! aww (: didn't get much stuffs cuz i forgot to bring cash. :X but oh! i did something...which you all shall observe what is it. LOL.
headed to marina square to catch THE HULK! yeahhhhh..
like finally i managed to catch a movie! (: heee initially wanted to watch Kungfu panda or Narnia. hmm some other day i guess.

i really thank God for that day (: it's like a break and just a relax and fun day with the gals.yup!

heee.. was sharing about today. Serene, Cindy and i went to share Christ! (:
yeap, it was good.. i would say not super fruitful but for me i think i had a mini breakthrough.. Initially, when i first received Serene's sms to share the next day, i was soooo unwilling and lazy. :XX oops. i do give myself alot of excuses so as not to go down.. but still God, you win liao lor~ haha. i still go down to TP and yess pushed myself to do it!
know whyyy.. it's all for God's glory (:
hehe yeah, didn't get super good response in the end, but still my first time sharing in TP yoo! you all should do it too! :D

had much fun with the new people; played the usual get-to-know you game- wacko, handyplast and octopus (?) hahaha. taught them ohm-ohm-chuckie game but didn't turn out good. too many people! XD

really hope some day, i get to stand at the edge of a high cliff or up the mountain. or be it just lying down at a green field of grass. or just admiring the numerous stars in the sky. etc.

I just hope it will stop by tomorrow! ahh, i have been attending this Mental Health First Aider workshop in school.
Only for today and tomorrow. hehee.. i think it's a privilege to attend the workshop. Firstly, it's free! And though it just taught you on how you can help those with mental illnesses etc etc. (not as professionals but just yourself). Made me be convicted again.. yeas, because i always have a burden for those people who find life meaningless or thought of suicidal.. so it's a mind-opener lesson. (:
ahh for further details about the course, i just don't know how to share! oops.
Okay! off to youth camp concert tmr too! Looking SUPER forward for it! yayyy! :D

went to Mind'sCAFE with my Care Group! some of us were really restless that day but yeah we really wanna have fun and enjoy each other's presence yeah! sooo.. we play like mad! HAHA. rayna-will sure remember you BAA-HOOT!! :D

i just love bus trips! (:
time to just relax.. though alone, but when i plugged myself into music, you can just read a book or talk to God (: heard before that God is just a worship away..
really.. in the busyness of life. we always say no time no time for this and that. i even have no time to spend time to listen to our creator, our friend, our Papa in heaven. i hope bus trips will help me with it. hehe (:

Been so stuck in my room studying for the past few days.
Well, the papers are ok luh.. first paper is accountings, made me so discouraged! i don't know, i was so dumb that i saw an important 10 marks questions at the last 10 minutes of the test!! D:
so i just chiong-ed. Still, pretty encouraged by the rest, can-do papers (:

Yeap. I realised when studying, i rely on music quite a lot to help me study.. i believe it's okay, but was reminded from a verse that says:
Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.' "
-Matthew 4:4
as in, i shouldn't rely on music and the radio DJs alone to accompany me to study, or keep me motivated. Ultimately, if i don't rely on God who else can help me right.. (;

Finally, my Grandma and aunt are here in Spore! she brought lots of rice dumplings and cakes man.. when she opened the box i was like WOAHHH.. >.<
Caiman also experienced this, not with rice dumplings but with donuts! hehehe right slowkia~
Dad's coming tmr too! haha! in a way, a good family gathering after term tests! (:

and, it's June already!! time really flies!
